Since Florian Hasenau joined apeos in 2015 his major consulting focus is on project management and project management office covering planning, project setup, leading of status calls, tracking, status and follow up.

His second area of expertise is deep dive analysis and design of business processes including workflow modelling on data field level.

His major assignments include workflow gap analysis on a global level, project management and workshop preparation for a global functional unit as well as test coordination from a business perspective in the course of the global rollout of a reporting tool.

Further, Florian has supported a start-up company in their go-to-market approach covering analysis of competitive environment, market analysis, pricing strategy for price-sensitive items and establishment of a new sales channel.
